You must be dedicated, reliable, and skilled in photoshop (or other transparency compatible imaging software, i.e. gimp). Also, you must be able to work on a deadline, as well as on a long term basis (several months to up to 2 years).

Heads up! I am currently in the pre-production phase of my next big project. It will be an animated comic (ala, Broken Saints), based on the book "Doom: Knee Deep in the Dead" which in turn is based on the videogame. It will be mostly action based, and done in a much grittier, more kinetic style than other animated comics out there.
Synopsis:

To whoever is applying...
We'd be collaborating very closely on the project. I'd basically do rough sketches of the backgrounds (some would be semi-detailed, some would be just planes), but I'd be able to provide you with any screenshots, reference photos, or any other artwork you'd need to help you move along. Also, we would most likely send the flash file back and forth, and I'd be able to provide you with any *ahem* software you might be in need of.
As this will be a newgrounds series (and obviously non-profit), I can't offer you anything that would pay any bills, but I would still like to have some sort of project by project plan in place. somewhere around $10-20 per project, I have no idea what my budget will look like as of yet. That part's negotiable.
