Congratulations on finishing it!
Wow, 4 years in the making! I'm proud to have been around since the beginning. I'm sure there's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said in another review, thus far, so I'll keep it short. Just want to say congratulations, and epic flash! P.S. If anyone rates this anything less than 10, I'll gouge their eyes out.
Absolutely Brilliant! :D
Loved every second of it. Can't wait for more!
Everyone likes pong! :D
Nicely programmed (provided you didn't lift the script from somewhere)
A couple suggestions from a fellow animator:
- Keep adding to this. Beef up the artwork. Add some new sections. Add some tracks and levels. Right now, it's a little plain, and I'm worried it will get blammed. I've used actionscript before, so I can totally see where you're coming from. The world of programming is new and exciting to you, and I don't want to see people tread on your dreams.
- 1 minute in, I glitched the game and the ball got stuck inside the paddle, causing an ear splitting succession of "ballhitspaddle" noises. Try to figure out some sort of fail safe code to at least reset the ball position after that happens. Remember, 90% of programming is done in retrospect.
- Keep going and keep strong.

Sank yew!
Lav it! X3
This is a buzzy's best song yet! XD
You've made wonderful use of FL Studio's default (predominantly osc3x based?) soundfont sets, loops and otherwise! Normally, when an artist uses the default sets with the program, they sound generic, or blend into other peoples work, but you've managed to execute this song beautifully without even a hint of triteness or unoriginality, but, in point of fact, just the opposite...
Your vision (a better word fails me) of this track is fresh and avant-garde... And never have I heard this pseudo-gameboy esque (more on that in a moment) sound work so well with an otherwise classical song, since, well I actually can't think of when.
Now a bit about the sound with disregard to the source material or context in which it's provided... At first, this track sounds like it's borrowing from the pseudo-gameboy genre (listen to kurenai-lightotaku for example), but at closer scrutiny, it somehow manages to avoid any genre, even that of gameboy music: which is a brilliant achievement in itself!
This track is genre defying, original, and it doesn't hurt that it's incredibly catchy either (I've listened to it about 10 times already).
My only dissenting comment is that I only wish it were longer, but that's just me. >w<
P.S. Lav you buzzy!
Sank you! <3
